all right y’all we’re going to start with three tablespoons of melted butter right there all right spread this out I mean we can even just like do this too that’s easy but a little fancy brush so I thought I’d use that and this video here is dedicated to my friend Gabby tap tap tap you guys I got some nail Taps for you right here I know you were waiting for those Gabby I love y’all you know that tap tap tap it makes it taste better I’m telling you I gotta try it when you’re cooking all right all right so we’re gonna get that all the way around sometimes I crack myself up I don’t know if y’all think I’m funny but I make myself laugh so we have two and a half cups here dried macaroni noodles dry yes dry not cooked we’re just going to give this a little stir we want these to get a little nice coating with the butter butter makes everything better y’all know that I love me some butter all right get those nice and mixed perfect next we have here shredded cheese all right so real important with this dish you gotta shred your own cheese y’all I’m telling y’all it makes all the difference because there’s that weird like cake and agent in the bag cheese which is fine I use it for plenty of stuff but when you’re trying to make a good mac and cheese you gotta shred your own cheese and actually I have my husband Fred do it today because I hate doing it so I made him do it all right so we have three cups here now my favorite combo I have two cups of extra sharp cheddar and one cup of mozzarella y’all can use whatever kind of cheese you’d like but that’s that’s what I like to use um and yeah y’all can use whatever you’d like like I said I was going to say something else but then I forgot so I’m just going to keep mixing here now I’m going to mix this off we’re mixing the shredded cheese with the dried noodles okay so this is a quick and easy mac and cheese my favorite because we we’re not using really many dishes here all right I’m mixing everything right in the pan it’s totally fine to do are we just getting this nice and Incorporated all right Nothing’s Gonna stick so you got the butter all right just one more little mixy mix I’m gonna flatten this out oh I forgot to put the season in we’ll do that right now see I’m distracted I don’t know why pink Himalayan salt my favorite there we go little pink Himalayan salt just like that a little bit and then a little bit of pepper again y’all you can customize this however you like okay last step nice and easy four cups of milk I use whole milk y’all can use whatever kind of milk you like I think whole milk is the best go big or go home right what’s fun using skim milk I don’t know I don’t think it would taste as good maybe it would but I like whole milk all right and y’all if you want you can add other stuff to this dish as well but I’m just showing you all the basic version it’s just a simple baked mac and cheese all right so we’re going to pour this right on top like so so we ain’t going to mix it again but I’m just going to kind of press it down to make sure all the noodles are nice and covered all right because that’s all we want we want the noodles covered because we want them to cook they’re gonna cook if y’all haven’t tried making mac and cheese like this it really works and it’s delicious I love mac and cheese one of my favorite things ever I know y’all really liked my Crock-Pot mac and cheese I made so I wanted to show y’all another version all right again Gabby tap tap tap makes it taste better this is going in the oven for one hour at 350 y’all all right y’all here we go we have our baked mac and cheese that was in the oven for about an hour remember it was just milk some shredded cheese a little salt I mean real real simple okay um I took this out of the oven a little while ago it’s still warm but let’s try some but if y’all just want to make a quick easy delicious mac and cheese I mean it’s real good y’all real good you just put everything in the pan and you bake it it works okay I know some of y’all are like it don’t cut the noodles it does cook the noodles it works now there’s many ways to make mac and cheese I just I just like this because it’s easy and you know y’all know I don’t like doing dishes so I’m gonna have about oh my goodness I’m excited you can mix it up first if you want but I don’t care I like the chunks of cheese it’s delicious I’m gonna blow on I’m gonna have about Kevin over here looking at me he wants some mac and cheese too y’all it’s so good you have to try this

  6. Made this yesterday and it was wonderful!! I only had skim milk and packaged shredded cheeses and it was still wonderfulπŸ₯° I'll try it with whole milkand grated cheese next.❀
