hello everybody today we make a shrimp scallops scampy look at this nice scallops I got over here I was wash really good and make sure to dry at the shrimp I left the little tail but see no one leave the little tail you can take it out now the first thing we got to do we got to go on stove and we got to make the scamby sauce and we put little bit of the oil not too much and we start the do with the gall I like to have a lot of G for the scamby sauce got the shrim but the scallops it taste really really good and let’s do with the garlic okay now we got to put butter and now we warm up really good everything the body got melt and the oil hot in the garlic now the but it’s all melted down and now we put a little flake hot pepper to give a little spice this is oh yeah baby okay everything now this like that and make sure the no burn the garlic the garlic got to be not too not too Brown not you got to be nice white the garlic okay now it’s a time to P wine [Music] and we got lemon and we live cook now this together okay now this is ready and now we bring at the table to prepare the shrimp and the scallops and we bring it right over here look how nice it look it and the smell so delicious when this i e nice glass of wine it’s really good now we got the bread Chrome over here I buy all the time plain bread Chrome a lot of time I make about myself this it’s the par and we put par and Bre Chrome and we give Little Mix like this okay now we take the bre Chrome and we bring it right over here like that okay now first thing I like to pour little drop juice and the bottle of the the shell this shell it’s the scallops shell all right now we start with the scallops and we put bread Chrome nice all way around and we put this right over here on the middle and we do all for the same thing like that okay I don’t want to do one by one I put the dish of the bread Chrome over here I take the shrimp and I put all together inside the bread crumb and after you mix everything like that look at that and after you take one by one and you put it right over here like this look at that [Applause] a no look beautiful okay now it’s time to pour the scambi sauce on the shrimp and the scallops right on the top like there okay we got to use all this everything now what you got to do I got to the OV on 400° but I need a little water and the parts over here okay and now let’s go on stove let’s put in the oven like I said it’s a 400° and look how beautiful look nice okay after to be ready we got to eat okay now it’s about 15 minutes and let’s see my shrimp is scallops okay it got a nice beautiful color look at that be Beau let’s bring on a table I on The Taste now let me take one okay okay now let’s start with the shrimp let’s see see I left the tail M nice and crunchy dip the bread nice cook good and the scallops little bread that’s why I put a lot of butter every thing a wine m really good it melt in my mouth with a wine too Chin Chin salute and we see next time Chin Chin salute this dish you make let me know gets delicious thank you

How would you make a scampi sauce for sautéed shrimp and scallops on angel hair pasta? I want to try it on the shells like this, too. This looks really good!

Where would I be able to procure those little scallop dishes or scallop shells????? Bc where I live,,,, I’ve never ever seen those,,, im in Pa,,,, and there’s no good seafood stores or seafood places to get anything like that (?!),,,,, im in Lewisburg Pa,,,, ( it’s a very old Victorian college town,,,, yet ZERO seafood places to get FRESH Seafoods ect,,,,,, ,,, anyhoo,,, I so SOOOOOOO ENJOY WATCHING N FILLOWING YOU! My grandpa Louis came straight here from Southern Italy,,,, n he never even learned to speak English!! Lol lol. Yet I was able to understand Italian,,, but couldn’t SPEAK it to save my soul!!!! Lol lol lol🙃😁,,, yet somehow i understood every word he spoke to me,,,,, he use to walk me on his Hugh farm,,, and he would pull radishes straight out of the earth n dirt , brush it off n feed them to me! Lol,, my matah use to have a FIT bc she said it wasn’t washed properly!!
