That's not the real Vietnamese bรกnh mรฌ. The real and traditional bรกnh mรฌ has been destroyed for the last 2 decades or more, first by the Vietnamese living abroad, then with the complicity of the local Vietnamese. Want to know the truth, just ask any elderly Vietnamese anywhere in the world how the real Vietnamese bรกnh mรฌ (pork roll) looked like and tasted in the old time. What you call bรกnh mรฌ today is no where near the deliciousness of the real ones.
