

Just did a rub and seasoned them. Then coated with a seasoned baking powder mixture. Air fried 290 about 25 minutes. Was just really glad they came out so juicy and crispy. Used a homemade lemon pepper sauce and Franks buffalo on these. Really flavorful just plain with no sauce as well with the seasoning method. Cheers!

I do about the same. I do recommend taking the air fryer outside though, a lot of with these. I have preferred just dry rubs + solo spices and a bit of hot sauce + oil as a binder though. Both methods have never let me down though
Why baking soda? I’ve seen this trend, but I’m not sure what it does to the wing.
I use fajita seasoning with Cayenne pepper before putting them in the air fryer, so I’m curious to know what this might do to change things up.
Congrats on the wings but that mac and cheese looks a little suspect.
