for this recipe all you need is 3 ingredients
Shrimp, Jalapeno Peppers, and Bacon
take you shrimp and butterfly them place a peppers spear in the butterfly. wrap with bacon you can season and apply BBQ Sauce for extra kick.. we did!! Yum!!

  4. Big shrimp cook up so much nicer on the grill, I usually use 15-up IQF headless, shell on. IMHO, jalapeno and BBQ sauce completely overwhelm the flavor of shrimp, try spears of sweet red peppers, or red or yellow bell peppers. A sauce made from a medium roux with 2 Tbsp of chilli powder and 1 tsp of cumin, then some chicken stock would make a delicious and more appropriate sauce.
