    Bit of a throwback recipe I had saved for the spring. This dish was fairly subtle, but it did leave lots of room to taste the vegetables and kind of reminded me of risotto which I think was the intention. We used Shiitake and oyster mushrooms and asparagus. I think I would add some spice when we have the rest.
