
This ‘sando’ recipe – (can we just call them sandwiches???) was from a of couple weeks ago, but I just made it. I had frozen the cooked chicken breasts which it explicitly says not to 🙄, and also froze the buns. Tomato was still good surprisingly , and I added a little arugula. At first I was hesitant to pick any meal with these pre-cooked chicken breasts, but I love them now. And freezing it did not affect the flavor! I warmed the chicken up in the skillet instead of the microwave liked instructed. Would order again, it was yummy.
