  1. Picked this up from Ash and Ember after watching a number of videos online. Simple to get going and the 2.5lb tomahawk came out perfect. Still so much to learn in cooking over wood flame.

    Looks cool and all… but You’d be much better served learning how to manage a fire that won’t soak your steak in creosote.
