vodka sauce risoto everyone’s obsessed with spicy vodka pasta so let’s make some vodka sauce risoto start by sautéing enough garlic and red chili to kill a Brit let that cook for a few minutes then pour in some arboro rice toast it squeeze in a whole bunch of tomato paste then combine everything and now for the star of our show some vodka imported Straight From Italy light it up give it a few tosses then you’re ready to Ladle in some hot chicken stock don’t forget the salt and pepper and be patient cuz you’re going to be stirring for a bit on the bright side this is the second best forarm workout I can think of after about 20 minutes of going at it it’s time for your cream stir that up cut the heat then toss in a bunch of cold butter next we’re going to add in some of the Undisputed king of cheeses pecino Romano once everything’s combined you’re ready to Plate it up top with some more red chili flakes and fresh basil and it’s time to dig in once you try this you’ll never make risotto any other way again
