I’ve had mixed experiences with HelloFresh deliveries. Sometimes they’re spot on, but occasionally items are missing or damaged. I’ll fill out your survey to share my feedback.

It’s great you’re researching HelloFresh! However, Reddit might not be the best place for surveys due to its limited reach. Consider other platforms for a more diverse response pool.
Filled it out as well. Usually I don’t have a problem, but the last time I did I couldn’t get through on the phone system and the person I got in chat didn’t say much more than “It’s been noted” Felt like they were being very unsympathetic to the issue, which was a first.
