• .6 oz Coke Zero (strawberry cream flavor)
  • Splenda allulose (2tsp + 3TBS)
  • 21 grams spice cake mix
  • 2 TBS Whipped cream cheese frosting
  • 1 Failife vanilla nutrition plan protein shake
  • 2 TBS Cheesecake pudding mix (regular, not sf)
  • Splash of Cake batter and pumpkin pie spice extracts
  • Pumpkin spice
  1. In a small ramekin, mix 2 tsp of allulose, cake mix, and Coke Zero. Microwave for 45 seconds.
  2. In the creami pint, mix the mug cake with the remaining ingredients with an immersion blender.
  3. Freeze overnight.
  4. Process on light ice cream. Respin once.

434 calories for the whole pint and worth every single one! You could leave out the mug cake and icing to save 193 calories, but I had the room for something more decadent. This was divine! My mother tried some and was shocked that it was so delicious for a “lighter” ice cream base. It has 30.5g of protein.
