Hello all. Sometimes cooking fried eggs and be a bit ‘hit and miss’ particularly when you flip your eggs over to aid cooking and this can cause your lovely yolk to break. There is no risk of that using this method, so I hope you take a look.

let me share with you the secret to perfect OV easy eggs first put your hob on a medium high heat then grab a medium size Skillet next add a good splash of an oil of your choice and preheat the pan until it’s slightly hot to touch now add your eggs to the pan and pra the chicken gods that your yolks don’t break you’ll give yourself the best chance if you crack your eggs on a flat surface next add a splash of water beside the eggs you don’t have to flip the eggs using this method next place a lid on your pan or cover it using some foil now leave for about a minute until the eggs are cook through when ready add a pinch of salt and pepper and enjoy now we have the easiest over easy eggs you’ll ever cook follow or subscribe for more cooking tips and tricks
