Hi guys just a couple of questions for you. I have a small business, and its mainly for bubble tea and dessert but I also have a coffee machine which I make about 10 coffees a day (business is fairly new and not well known yet). My questions are:
Do I need to switch off the coffee machine everytime I close the shop? If I switch it off, does it reset the water volume, filter, etc?
Coffee machine seems to overheat, Im not sure if it is normal?(when i touch the metal part right next to valves, red bit I shaded, please see picture)
I would highly appreciate your help.
