I tried this recipe from a friend and can’t stop eating it!
(Equal parts each- this amount makes about 5 waffles 3 is about 99 calories!)

1/2 cup egg whites (carton)
1/2 cup oatmeal (I use the Trader Joe's Organic Rolled Oats with Ancient Grains & Seeds, Gluten Free because it has protein and fiber)
1/2 cup cottage cheese (I use low fat but use what you want)
Blend and if you have a waffle maker use that if not make it a pancake!
I use sugar free maple syrup. You can put blueberries or make it savory! It’s so good!
