My sink and cutting board are on one side of the kitchen and the stove is behind me. Different utensils are in various places. I kept having to turn around to get utensils or chopped ingredients and carry them across the kitchen. Instead of using multiple little prep bowls, I ordered a set of these sectioned containers. Now I put all the prepped ingredients and opened packets in the container and bring it all with me at once! Sounds little but I feel like it helped a ton. I also tape the recipe card at eye level and tend to stick it over the cutting board when I prep and then over the stove when I cook. Any one else have tips about how they manage all the steps and ingredients?

    I like the container! There’s been times I forget something (like the red pepper flakes) because I left them somewhere else in the kitchen…this would be so helpful!
