so me and my boyfriend cameback home after shopping for some. i laid down because i was feeling sick and he told me he put the groceries away, woke up today to find them not found in the freezer but in the cabinet. if this brand is safe to eat if left out just overnight? i was so excited to eat it, but what are the chances of me having some sort of food poisoning?

Not familiar with this packaging but open it up and see; most likely it’s to be frozen bc of the cheese; smell them and go from there lol

It says mozzarella in their. I wouldn’t risk room temp cheese that’s always has been refrigerated

If you look at the bottom it actually says to keep frozen. In the fridge it would not have gone bad but the texture would have been compromised. Outside of refrigeration there is a good chance mold and bacteria started growing. Personally, I wouldnt risk it but you may have different tolerance than me.

So it defrosted overnight still in the package, this is one of those situations where I’d sniff it and then go ahead and eat it. Maybe not the fish cake. I can’t say I officially recommend it but your risk is probably not that high.

i would not eat it, it says keep frozen. tteok that is not shelf stable at the very least needs to be refrigerated.

I’d make it without the part that needed to be at least refrigerated overnight – cheese. I’d be fine with adding the fish cake up to 12 hours of the package being left at room temp. Totally up to you, of course. The sauce packet and the tteok would be fine from being in the cabinet overnight.

Eta: You can always add your own mozzarella cheese if you have it handy or buy some to get the intended combo.
