


Basically smoked this thing until the bark was set (about 5 hrs) then braised in beef stock. I also put 1 Jalapeño, 1 can of Chipotle peppers in adobo, an onion, and a bunch of spices in the food processor then added that to the braising liquid. Everything turned out perfectly

I am going to give this a try. How long did you braise for? Just trying to get an idea on timing.
