
No crumb shot yet because I just took her out but I’m happy enough. I hadn’t gotten a ton of rise in a while before the break.
My poor starter hadn’t been fed (in the fridge) for probably 3 months? Took it out Tuesday and did twice daily feeds and was probably ready to go a day later honestly. Love how resilient they can be!

Well done OP. Been doing sourdough x 6 years now and finally (last couple months) been able to say I’m getting it perfectly. It’s a process for sure.
