Woke up at 7:00am craving a gyro after 6-7 years without one. Restaurants not open until 11:30AM. Had it delivered by 10:00 AM from Restaurant Depot. Made a 3-pounder using a 12″ imported pizza crust. And I have at least 40 more to go. I will never crave a gyro ever again! (egg for scale)

I am jealous though. Only thought…next time order case of bananas. Then you could use a banana for scale and you’d have delicious bananas which might well appeal after your next round with the herb.

Truly incredible work to order delivery of 20lbs of gyro meat because you couldn’t wait an extra 90 minutes for a restaurant to open. The pull of the gyro is strong.
