Upon opening this pint, I was impressed by the abundance of white chocolate ganache topping with cute little chunks. It tasted delicious! I set the topping aside to get to the ice cream. The texture was thick and creamy with abundant mix ins (chunks of blondies and nice thick caramel swirl). However there was no whiskey or brown butter flavor in either the ice cream or the swirl. The ice cream tasted cold and sweet and that’s it.
Maybe I got a bad batch? I wanted to like this so much.
