I didn't make the rice sticky enough to hand mold!!! 😭 I ended up having to use all of my silicone omelette molds after the bowl proved to make them waaaayyyy to big. 😅 To be fair to myself, it's not like I was using sticky rice to begin with but still. 🤦🏾♀️ They're chilling in the fridge right now so they'll hopefully keep their shape but I'll update with a taste test later! 🤞🏾😁
