It's simple ground beef with red union and 2 tablespoons of bbq rub. Smoke it on cedarwood for 30 minutes or so, glaze it twice during cook with bbq sauce and top it off with cheese last couple of minutes.
Sauce is a bit of minced garlic with ketchup and mayo, bit of pepper.

Here, in the Netherlands, we call this "de ballen van Frits". Which translates to "Frits his balls". Frits is a dutchie bbq champ who brought this recipe to the light..
