that girl cook she got the recipe she got what you need that girl cic hey y’all and welcome back to my channel and today guys I’m going to show you how to make the absolute most delicious tuna fish you’ve ever had okay then we going to put it on a milk because that’s just what we do so go ahead and grab your ingredients and let’s get started [Music] all right y’all so look first you’re going to need 15 oz of canned light tuna okay so these cans they come in 5 oz increments so that’s three cans all right if you want to make more you can double triple however you decide to but get your three cans in there this should make about maybe six servings or it can make four sandwiches if you load them up and to that we’re going to add in half of a Celery Stock that has been finely diced okay we’re also going to add one finely dyed shallot two minced pepperon chinis which is optional if you don’t have those you can use banana peppers but it is optional one hard boil egg you only need one remember this is not a big huge bowl of this okay so these measurements are specific to this amount so if you need to double anything you can for some additional flavor and sweetness we’re adding in 1 tablespoon one heaping tablespoon of sweet relish and for our seasonings I’m going to do a four teaspoon of garlic garc powder a four teaspoon of onion powder yes I said four now okay a four teaspoon of coarse black pepper if you want to use regular black pepper or white pepper you can do that and a half teaspoon of lemon pepper if you don’t want to use that you can use some lemon juice and then you’re going to Salt it to taste you know to your personal preference now also what I feel is necessary is a teaspoon of granulated sugar because that’s going to balance out all this flavor okay hear me out when I tell you now once you get all that in we’re going to add in our mayonnaise I’m doing 5 tablespoons of mayil okay you want to add it in as you go because you may say you know what that’s too much for me or you may say oh that’s not enough but you don’t want to have it too loose and it be looking crazy so go ahead and add in just about 3 tablespoons and then if you need more you add in more because you you can’t take it out once it’s in there y’all okay and remember if you over mix this it will get kind of mushy the flakes will break up so just keep that in mind if that’s important to you but we’re doing 5 tablespoons of mayo that was perfect for me whatever is perfect for you you go you go by what you like but this is what I’m recommending okay now once you do that y’all your tuna is done it’s ready to eat right there you can get you some R crackers or whatever but we going to take this a step further and make a tuna melt and I know some folks are real funny about their tuna being hot okay but if this ain’t for you then you can stop the video and just go ahead and eat your tuna okay so I have a skillet we over medium heat and I have some hearty white bread and I just put some butter in that Skillet and I took my bread slatter on that tuna and I’m adding two pieces of mozzarella cheese slices on there because we extra right and you’re just going to cook it on one side until it’s nice and brown once you do that put the top on it and flip that bad boy okay make sure it’s just what you want look at that beautiful now that personally ain’t crispy enough for me but I’mma crisp it up again by flipping it back over so just hold your me so I added in just a little bit more butter just to you know make sure the bottom half gets nice and delicious as well cuz we want to give it love too and we’re just going to sear it on that side and then flip it back again now see that’s what I like right there look at that look at that now that’s beautiful okay I I really I really would go a little longer but you know I want to scare y’all all right so anyway that’s it and that’s all that’s to it so now all we have to do is plate it [Music] up and there you have it guys look at that delicious perfectly executed tuna melt and y’all remember if you don’t like a certain ingredient you can take it out but I promise you if you try it this way you are going to love it okay and real fact I don’t even like tuna but baby this was off the chain okay so look I want to thank y’all for watching as always thank you for tuning in to my channel and if you try this recipe out let me know down in the comments and I will see y’all next time in the next video bye [Music]
