I normally make serious eats teriyaki sauce and use a better quality mirin. I don’t use the sake and just use pretty much, soy sauce, mirin, sugar. However I will be cooking for some Kosher friends and the mirin I usually use isn’t kosher. I see the only kosher certified mirin seems to be the fake stuff. Does that taste good enough to use for teriyaki? Or any brands of pre made teriyaki that you suggest? This will be for marinading london broil and grilling. Thank you
