Evoo, balsamic s&p tossed, roasted, sweet onion, portobello, grape toms, red & yellow peppers, zucchini, yellow squash. Flash sautéed spinach/spring mix with garlic. Alouette garlic/herb cheese with fresh chopped basil folded in. Italian loaf. Room temp. Delicious 😋

Alouette sounds incredible on this sandwich. Those roasted grape tomatoes bring so much juicy sweetness too. Nice.
Only thing I would take out is the spinach. Looks good otherwise. Oh and I would toast it
