Anybody else like eating their 1200 calories in 1 meal? It is so satisfying and easy to maintain

I love doing one meal a day, but when I am busy. If my schedule is light it is hard to keep my mind off food

I like omad but I try to make it a little more exciting than a subway meal. You can do a lot with 1200 cals

Sometimes I like doing that, but for me it’s a treat. It’s hard for me to wrap my mind around sustainably eating that way from a nutrition perspective. Like if I eat a sandwich and cookies, then 3/4 of my eating is dedicated to cookies and bread. And while that’s okay *sometimes* you need the micro and macros to be coming from veggies, fruits, lean proteins too. And this form of eating just doesn’t provide enough nutrients for eating this way long term.

I loved eating a foot long veggie sub w/ something on the side as OMAD when I realized I hadn’t eaten all day but now have to go gluten free for auto immune reasons and feeling SAD. Don’t let the subway haters here bring you down. Like what you like bb!

Subway is gross and the nutrition is terrible. And not to mention expensive!
