    Got a 3 lb tomahawk dry brining since yesterday. Also going to get 4 lobsters, might try to smoke one of them. Also stayed up until midnight last night making jalapeno cheddar sausages since I’m going to have the smoker going

    I got some beef cheek! This will be my second time doing cheeks. My friend dropped off some beef back ribs last night. I also got some cheddar beef sausages, a pork tenderloin, and some hamburgers. Another friend will bring some hot Dawgs.
