Eh, probably the least bad I’ve seen around here. At the end of the day it’s just a surface where you need to put sushi pieces to grab and eat in one bite, the odd surfaces don’t interfere.
My only issue with this meal would probably be having to pay $500 for a few pieces of raw fish and rice.
