    I have some pickled eggs in the fridge. They taste pretty much like a hard boiled egg with just a tiny bite of vinegar at first. They don’t taste so good plain they need salt and pepper. I was thinking of trying them in ramen where the sour might complement or get lost in the other flavors. Like when I add kimchi to ramen .
