I love the buttercrunch variety, it’s our favorite in our garden. I would let it go a few more days.

You can harvest a few of the outside leaves any time.
This is a cut-and-come-again variety. As long as you don’t cut the middle leaves it will continue to grow and you can have continual harvests until it bolts due to heat.
I have been doing this to my Romaine throughout the season.
