With few easy steps you can make this Pesto recipe. Really simple to make. Keep in the refrigerator for a few days. Drizzle the top with extra olive oil and cover.
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon toasted pine nuts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated)
1 cup basil leaves
1/4 (60 ml) cup olive oil
salt and cracked black pepper to taste
You can use food processor. Just put all ingredients in and process until combined.
