I really have to start making better choices for breakfast 🥲 but it was delicious

Breakfast

  • half an almond croissant
  • 1 "torsade au chocolat"

Lunch

  • Potatoes, chicken and broccoli
  • Faiselle (French cottage cheese)
  • Pickles, cherry tomatoes and sushi ginger
  • One protein yogurt

Dinner

  • Konjac noodles, 5% ground beef, mushrooms and tomato sauce
  • Cabbage & carrots salad with some pickles
  • Carrot soup
  • One 0% yogurt
