I thought this was a great idea but turned out just ok. Pretty simple substitute of breadcrumbs for crushed Doritos. I the covered in a honey gochujang sauce which was really nice!

I’m a big fan of flamin hot flavor, and I like spicy stuff in general. But the extra flamin hot always tastes bad to me. It is a bit more spicy, but it has zero flavor compared to original flamin hot.
My dad used to do a similar thing when frying chicken. He would crush up bbq potato chips and mix that into the batter, then would brush some bbq sauce on it. It was super yummy
