    I’m impressed how closely the tofu & veggies are sized. I usually do the tofu on their own skewer and the veggies on their own. Then tofu on top rack and veggies directly over the heat.

    Had my celebratory beyond burger with an obligatory snide remark about my “beans” being ready by my brother-in-law. I was all, “Dude. It’s pea protein.” Haha
