It was a little last minute, so I didn't prep them as much as I would have liked, but I used some of this subreddit's advice: 1hr at ~225°, and then crank it to 375° for ~20min or so. Hickory chunks in the smoke box. They were perfect. I threw a little bit of a light homemade sweet/hat garlic sauce on them. So stupid easy.
