    More variety would be great! Don’t track lettuce. Try to add more healthy fats. Don’t forget fiber! Calories are not the be-all end-all. Macronutrients are just as important. You should be meeting your calorie target but ensuring you get the proper protein, fats and complex carbs your body needs 🙂 keep going!
