Learn how to make the Perfect Tuna Steak with Caper Mayonnaise with this easy and flavorful recipe! Ingredients :

4 white tuna steaks of approximately 180 g each
1 egg yolk
15 cl Neutral grapeseed type oil
2 yellow lemons
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 small bunch of coriander
2 tbsp. tbsp Capers
2 tbsp. tbsp olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Step 1: Rinse and roughly chop the capers.

In a small salad bowl, whisk the egg yolk with the Dijon mustard.

Step 2: Gradually add the grapeseed oil while whisking constantly to build up your mayonnaise.

Add a little juice of half a lemon, capers, salt and freshly ground pepper. Mix everything well.

Step 3: Cut the remaining lemons into slices.

Oil the tuna steaks. Salt them.

Step 4: Mark them and the lemon slices on a cast iron grill pan over very high heat.

Step 5: Serve your tuna steaks with lemon slices and caper mayonnaise.

Garnish with a little coriander.
