In Ky. I haven’t been able to enjoy a single tomato from this little bing yet, have had several ripe, ready to pick only to find something already made a meal of it when I go to harvest. This is in a raised planter on a deck. I didn’t see anything under the leaves, but it’s a dense little dwarf plant so hard to inspect everywhere.

Could be a bird, had a murder of crows harass my patch one year

The middle one looks like bird damage and the 2 outer ones look like caterpillar damage. Squirrels will pluck the tomatoes off the plant before eating it, and will toss the half eaten tomato nearby.

Look at the nearby leaves and see if you can find caterpillar poop, it will look like clumps of coffee grounds. If you see that, then spray your plant with BT or Neem at sunset.
