2 Patlıcan
4-5 diş sarımsak
Maydanoz
Zeytinyağı
Deniz Tuzu veya Himalaya Tuzu
Talimatlar:

– Patlıcanları sapla, ve yüksek ateşte yaklaşık 25 dakika ızgara yapın.
– Beklerken, sarımsağı ezin ve seçtiğiniz tuzla karıştırın.
– Maydanozu doğrayın.
– Patlıcanlar ızgara edildikten sonra, ızgaradan çıkarın ve soğumaya bırakın, ardından kabuklarını soyun.
– Izgara edilmiş patlıcanları doğrayın veya pürüzsüz hale getirmek için bir blender kullanın. Ezilmiş sarımsağı ekleyin.
– Yaklaşık 2 çay kaşığı zeytinyağı ekleyin ve iyice karıştırın.
– Maydanoz ve 1 çay kaşığı zeytinyağı ile süsleyin.

Welcome to our channel! Today, we’re excited to share a delicious recipe for Aubergine Salad, also known as a Meze. This tasty and healthy dish is perfect as a starter, and or a side, and it’s packed with flavours that will delight your taste buds. Follow along as we guide you through the simple steps to prepare this Mediterranean favourite.

Ingredients:

2 Aubergines
4-5 cloves of garlic
Parsley
Olive Oil
Sea Salt or Himalayan Salt

Instructions:

– Pierce the aubergines, and then grill for around 25 minutes on high heat.
– While waiting, crush the garlic and top it with the salt of your choosing.
– Dice your parsley.
– After the aubergines are grilled, take them out of the grill and allow them to cool before peeling the skin off.
– Dice the grilled aubergines or use a blender to smoothen them out. Add the crushed garlic.
– Add about 2 teaspoons of olive oil and mix well.
– Garnish with parsley and 1 teaspoon of olive oil.

Hello, welcome! We’re once again together again, in a brand new video! I will be showing you an extremely tasty Aubergine Salad recipe. Believe me, it’s so delicious! I have, 2 Aubergines, I’ll be putting these in the grill in a moment! 4-5 cloves of Garlic, and some fresh Parsley, of course I’ll need to prepare to stick the Aubergines and chop the Parsley. I’ll be using Olive Oil, as well as Sea Salt. However, if you’d like to use Himalayan Salt you’re more than welcome to do so! It’s just as tasty. Both in terms of health and taste, these should be found in your kitchens, as Sea Salt and Himalyan Salt should be used for healthy dietary purposes! Yes, so I have washed my Aubergines, and I’ll be putting these in my grill soon, But as you may know, sometimes, it can be dangerous as if you heat Aubergines up in the grill, the vegetable can explode without any airflow, and end up burning your face or arms So this is why, before putting the Aubergines into the grill, I need to pierce it several times. Please ensure to not forget this step for your safety! We take our tray out, we pop the Aubergines on, and then into the grill they go! Very soon these will be ready, so whilst I wait, I will crush the Garlic and then cut the Parsley! I need to put in a little bit of salt in here, so that the garlic does not lose it’s flavour overtime due to crushing it. The salt will help ensure to keep everything together! Yes, so our garlic is now ready! Now I need to cut the parsley. Bonnie, my little girl! What are you doing over there? Naughty girl! 🙂 Yes, now our parsley is all chopped and ready. Now that the parsley is prepared, we’re just still waiting for the Aubergines, and once done we’ll be starting to put the dish together shortly! The Aubergines are now ready! We’re now going to need to peel these. I did wait for these to cool down, as it’s impossible to peel them if they’re still piping hot! With the help of a big tablespoon, you can easily peel it all off! These have cooked really well! So from there, you add a couple of pinches of your preferred salt! Very gently. Taking a knife, you then dice the Aubergine. After some time, it’s time to add the garlic. Ensure to mix thoroughly! Of course, if you have a blender, you can mix it in there too! Once these have all been mixed, drop in a small quantity of Olive Oil. Then we’ll ensure to mix thoroughly again! Now, we’ll be dishing this up on our plate. Top it off with some Parsley. 🙂 Finally, once again drizzle a little more Olive Oil on top… And it’s ready! Yes! Today’s dish was once again, Aubergine Salad.
