650 calories for an entire salad bowl full of food, and 40g protein too!

I’m loving salads at the moment, because I can just mix and match and throw in anything I have. Today that assortment included:
* Couscous
* Blueberries
* Radish
* Tomato
* Cucumber
* Kidney beans
* Mozarella
* Feta
* Pine nuts
* And seasoned simply with lime juice, salt and pepper.

    When I realized salads can be more than just lettuce and a few toppings it was like I was blind but now I could see 😂 saving this for my rotation, I love salads in the summer now
