How many seeds did you plant? Too many seedling looks like. Tomatoes are a vine. Looks like the plant stretched due to lack of sun.

Too small of a pot and then not enough soil. When you use pots or bags or containers, fill it up to just 1 knuckle from the top. The less soil you have the less soil your plants roots have to grow in and to gather nutrients from and it dries out way more rapidly.
