Here’s the full recipe:
Serving size: 2
Ingredients:
* 2 Salmon Filets
* McCormick Applewood Rub seasoning
* Pinch of Old bay seasoning
* Black Pepper to taste
* Olive Oil
* 2 tbs Butter, melted

Crown Apple Honey Glaze Marinade:
* 1/2 cup of Crown Apple
* 1/3 cup of Teriyaki sauce
* 1/4 cup of Honey
* 2 Tbs of Brown Sugar
* 1 tsp Red pepper flakes
* Half of a lemon

Pre-heat oven to 350°F.

Salmon: Add seasoning(applewood rub, old bay, black pepper) & melted butter to a room temperature salmon fillet. Let it marinate for at least 30 mins, no longer than a 1 hour. Place into a sauté pan set on medium heat with the spice side down. Sauté fillets for 3 mins on each side. Shake the pan every few minutes so the salmon moves around a bit in order to avoid the seasoning sticking to the pan. Set aside when finish.

In a small aluminum sauce pot, add the glaze ingredients simmering for the desired time to burn the alcohol off. (1 min= 35% alcohol; 2 min= 20% alcohol; 3 min= 5% alcohol) Please consume responsibly. Stir often.

Add glaze & melted butter to the salmon and place in oven uncovered for 4-5 minutes or until it has a slight bounce. Remove and let rest for 3- 4 minutes.

Enjoy!
