I really enjoyed these BUT I precooked the beef in the skillet before adding it to the wrap!

The idea of cooking it in the wrap safely without burning the tortilla seemed impossible. Also raw meat juice on a flour tortilla turned my stomach. I also pre-cooked the meat.
