My husband always shows me stupid tiktok recipes that look like garbage so I trust none of them.

However I have some cottage cheese that’s almost out of date so I fucked around

3/4 cup cottage cheese (I used 1%)

1 egg

Garlic powder, salt, pepper, whatever seasoning you want

I also added 1 TBSP of almond flour

Preheat oven to 350

Line cookie sheet with parchment

Blend everything in a blender until smooth. Pour in middle of parchment and tilt back and forth until it makes a thin rectangle-ish of batter

I topped mine with everything bagel seasoning

Bake 30-35 minutes until golden.

It’s pliable like a wrap and tastes nearly identical. I put turkey and tomato in mine and it rolled up great.

~195 calories, 28 grams of protein for a wrap that’s approximately 9” x 12”
