HowFunkyIsYourChiken
Still the best deal around.
RoleModelsinBlood31
Still a steal
Responsible_Fly4354
I’m going to give them a pass for staying low for so long.
QuietRedditorATX
Nice proof. But these are still very modest price increases. What can you expect when the cost of everything has gone up.
mrsecondarycolor
Still affordable and filling for me.
LightedCircuitBoard
They kept low for a long time and it’s still a great deal!
circusish
I got breakfast there this morning and there was a printout note from the CEO apologizing for the price increase
Shoddy_Ad7511
Double cheese only went up 25 cents
Beef price are up big time in the last year. Even Costco raised their beef prices about 20% from last year.
Double cheese with fries is a good value at about $8 with water
misterguyyy
Inflation and supply chain ripple effects from 2020-21 are real.
This is how much prices would have increased across the board if other companies weren’t greedy.
Daisy_s
still cheap af
austinoracle
I wanna try that breakfast menu fr
TexanInExile
Yeah, noticed this today but $5 for a double cheeseburger still ain’t bad.
Better than a lot of other options out there.
Pinstripesdumbo
I picked a burger and fries last night. I really appreciated the note that they put in the bag about the price increase. Still not a bad deal either way.
holloweyesounds
Yea they included a print out in my bag yesterday. Chicken and other things are up 40% since January, they said they’ve held off as long as they possibly can
NoMoreSmoress
A dime or two for entree only is an acceptable increase imo. Not this ~100% increase seen elsewhere. A few years ago a McDonald’s sausage biscuit plus hash browns was $1.50, now it’s nearly $3???
letgooftheecho
I’ll start panicking when they start charging more than $1 for the oatmeal cookie

A message from our CEO
I wanted to let you know we recently took a 3.5% increase on our menu prices. As food costs continue to rise (chicken is up 41% since January 1st) we simply have no choice. Please know we never take such increases lightly, especially as many of our customers are on a tight budget and rely on P. Terry’s for a good value as well as a quality meal. We feel like we continue to do just that…As we still offer the highest quality menu items at the lowest prices in fast food.
Thank you for your understanding. We sincerely appreciate your business.

I never really liked the frys at P.Terrys, so I just get two single patty burgers and an unsweet tea. It’s still a pretty good deal and I don’t think they charge to add stuff like pickles and onion. The breakfast potatoes are so awesome.
andytagonist
I like how even the “then” price has been marked up on the sign 🤣
ponkyball
Thought the first pic was before the price increase, still decent enough for me.
jaytacodog
Good for them! Supply prices go up and they are matching to that. They are a bargain and a great company, and I’ll support that all day.
AmbitionStrong5602
Not bad especially when comparing to other fast food price hikes. Now their slow moving drive thru….that is an issue
poky23
As long as I still get my dollar oatmeal cookie I’m a happy camper🏕️
Affectionate_Box8121
It’s $3.55 for a cheeseburger. Who cares!
MasterDionysus
If I’m not mistaken…. 4.85 for a double … so 15 cents increase is still decent… these burgers are addictive!
MsMo999
That $1 cookie still best deal in town
AutofillUserID
Under $10 dollars, no default 22% tip. My kind of inflation.
Package_Ill
Still a great deal, dented can eating a hole.
Resident-Disaster915
They’re putting fliers in everyone’s bags announcing the changes. According to the information from the CEO, chicken costs have gone up 41% since January. Probably why Chick Fil A has changed its suppliers.
Minute-Art-2089
I love that they are so transparent about it, pretty rare in the fast food industry.
ssiggs98
tbh as a restaurant owner that really tries to keep our prices low it’s tough out here. i own a pizza place and a box of cheese costs me $81 and i have to order 25 of them every week. and the cost goes up by a few bucks every time i order. we try our best but sometimes price increases are impossible to avoid.
Tom_Foolery2
Can’t believe you’re bitching when a combo is under $8. A single meal from chipotle is like $15.
Neat-Attempt3681
Still cheaper than McDonald’s
Good-Comb3830
They pay their workers a living wage, so I am happy to pay more.
