Will fire up if I’m braising just to keep the house from heating up. Have a ragu going for lasagna.

I cook both pulled pork and carne guisada in my Dutch oven on a BGE.

I’ve done Italian beef, chili, among other things in my cast iron Dutch oven.

Of course, all the time!

All the time, I cook outdoors 95% of the time, just got a small Blackstone so it will probably be closer to all the time now.

Yep. But I usually leave the lid off the pot so I can get some smoke into what I’m cooking. Otherwise it’s just wasting coals.

Definitely use my Kamado as an oven. I even fire it up for the occasional frozen pizza. My wife has me cook all seafood out there. I use my cast iron Dutch oven for baked beans.
I’ve never baked bread but only because I’m not the “bread and pastry guy” at my house….that’s my daughters’ lane.
