I'm not sure whether to post this here or find a vegetarian/vegan page but I found these two items at Hmart today. They look really good and am wondering what you can do with them? A coworker has had the bean curd before and said she just ate it as a snack but I'm wondering what else you can do with it. As for the baked seitan, is it just like regular seitan where I can prep it and add it to any dish as a meat substitute? Thanks for any help!

Neither of these things are Korean. For the bean curd snack (this is Chinese), it looks like you can slice them into thin strips and dip the in soy sauce. It can probably be served as a banchan with rice and other sides. For the seitan (this is Japanese), you can cook it like you would other proteins such as chicken or beef. You can marinade and grill it, stir fry, bake, etc..
