Hello everyone! I was recently in Seoul taking photographs, and this is one of them. The only problem is that I can't identify what exactly is this food. I just remember that they offered me to try it and it was really delicious. It wasn't very spicy and is probably a banchan. I would like you to tell me what it is (I need it to give the photo a title and a description). 감사합니다!

It doesn’t look like street food at all. Looks like a market stall that sells various forms of gochujang chili paste based banchan.
This isn’t street food, it’s a banchan shop. You would eat these with rice.
It’s hard to tell, but the one he’s packing looks like maybe dried radish in a gochujang sauce
It’s a lovely picture (not that I know anything about photography 😅😅), but there are multiple foods in the picture unfortunately.
Do you remember the texture, taste, color, etc? Or maybe you can point out which food you tried in the picture?
Are those gochujang green onions on the right?
Does anyone have a recipe that approximates that, if so?
And is that gochujang seaweed? Is that a thing that exists(hopefully with a recipe)?
