    I split chicken breast and hammer thin. Season chicken and roll up with thick sliced ham and swiss cheese inside. Dust the roll in flour. Dip chicken in egg wash before rolling in panko bread crumbs. Let crust set for 10-15 mins then fry to crisp and brown for a few mins each side. 450°F oven after for 15-20 mins to finish. Great reheated in the air fryer the next day.

    Why not use a real plate if you’re at home? The paper ones aren’t able to be recycled or reused
