RECIPE OF CLASSIC NICOISE SALAD
Here is classic tuna Nicoise salad recipe for your Halloween celebration.

INGRIDIENTS:
– Potatoes,
– Quail eggs,
– Green beens,
– Cherry tomatoes,
– Black olives,
– Tuna,
– Red onion,
– Romaine Lettuce,

For dresing:
– Anchovies – few pieces (5-10 g),
– Olives oil – 4 tbl,
– Vinegar – 2 tbl,
– Dijon mustard – 1 tsp,
– Salt,
– Peper,

Nicoise salad dressing recipe:
Put a teaspoon of mustard in bowl add chopped Anchovies (few pieces). Mix well. Add 2 tablespoons of vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix again.

1) Boil Potatoes, eggs and green beans.
2) Cut Potatoes, eggs, green beens, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion into large chunks;
3) Add tuna and lettuce;
4) Mix all ingredients with dressing;
